Rehearsals

Explore.  Learn.  Encourage.

Our rehearsals

STRINGS

Every Saturday (9:30-11:30 am), students learn the fundamental string techniques in exceptional ways under the direction of Carrie Ann Bark. Students learn not only their instruments but also learn music fundamentals and teamwork. Also, students receive public performance opportunities.

Each season, the string ensemble performs in three concerts with the orchestra. During the concert, the students perform with the orchestra as well as on their own. All the concerts are video-recorded and uploaded on Youtube with each student’s name.

Regular Saturday rehearsals are held at Immanuel Chapel of Bethel Korean Church.

ORCHESTRA

Dr. Elliott Bark directs the orchestra with several sectional teachers. Students explore various compositions from standard classical to newly composed and arranged pieces. Students learn instrumental and orchestral techniques, ensemble techniques and professionalism in music.

We help and encourage students to be in an excellent shape for their college, church and any other possible orchestra experiences.

The orchestra rehearses 9:30 am – 12:30 pm on Saturdays, and each season the orchestra performs three concerts. All the concerts are video-recorded and uploaded on Youtube with each student’s name.
